OSS Networks done: was implemented the call center solution for 120 job places and the office voice communications solution. OSS Networks justifiably proud, that with implemented solutions the operators work efficiency increased almost twice.

OSS Networks done: was implemented the office communications solution and the call center solution as well as implemented an automated voice announcement playback to callers and was established an IVR platform.
