Virtual exchange is suitable for small companies with up to 15 work places. The operation of this solution does not require the installation of equipment in the office, because the telephone exchange solution is located in the data centre of OSS Networks.

Virtual telephone exchange is the latest generation telephone system, which replaces traditional digital telephone central systems.

  • Electronic fax (the option to send and/or receive fax messages in e-mail);
  • Integration with API (the option to connect the telephone exchange with other systems);
  • Support for the use of telephone applications on a computer (softphone applications may be used for making calls).

Servicing of the branches

An option to combine several branches in one network, including branches outside Latvia, with the possibility to manage and organise calls. Calls between company phones are free.

Applications for making calls without a phone

You can use an IP telephone or a softphone application to make calls. OSS Networks suggests: Counter Path (https://www.counterpath.com/) or Zoiper (http://www.zoiper.com). These solutions give you the option to use a free softphone application and offer premium features (video call, chat, contact synchronisation, etc.).
